We can dive into an area that an NGO knows needs attention or we can do short-term broad assessments to identify specific
areas that need attention. We begin by clearly defining the scope and the expected benefits of the consulting project and what
it takes to execute the project (consulting and NGO resources, time). We will create a mutually workable project plan and
execute to it, with regular project reporting, issue management and change management.
We also plan to conduct short (1-3 days) workshops on specific topics of interest and value that representatives from many
NGOs can attend. This can create awareness of proven management techniques, provides an opportunity to NGOs to share
their experiences.
